Due to a hole in one piston, the '70 383 motor that was mounted originally had to be replaced. During fixing, we came allong some other problems...or...challenges as we like to name it. This is what has been done so far:

• "old" engine has been removed
• the engine bay was sprayed black. This is not correct so the engine bay has been resprayed in the right color, PP1 (Bright Red)
• "new" 383 cui motor (from a 1967 Chrysler Newport) has been mounted
• front-brakes (disks) where removed because they where worn-out badly

Yup, this is for real. John bought this car for a total resto. While he was working on the bodywork, he had an engine fixed in the US. It's a 400 stroker! Just look at the pics, taken in John's shed
